Client Responsibilities:
No Guarantees: Results vary. Not a cure for medical conditions. Outcomes depend on factors beyond coaching.
Limitation of Liability: You participate at your own risk. Arogyami not liable for injuries, health complications, or outcomes from implementing (or not implementing) strategies.
Confidentiality: Everything discussed remains confidential except: imminent harm to self/others, child/elder abuse, or legal requirements.
Payment & Cancellation:
Intellectual Property: All materials, resources, and content provided during coaching are proprietary to Arogyami. You may use them personally but may not reproduce, share, or commercialize without written permission.
Non-Disparagement: While I welcome honest feedback, public disparagement or defamatory statements may result in termination of services without refund.
Recording Policy: I provide session recordings for your personal use. You may not share, publish, or distribute these recordings. Recording sessions on your own device requires my prior consent.
Cultural Sensitivity: I adapt my coaching to Indian, Australian, and New Zealand cultural contexts. I commit to respecting your cultural background and ask that you extend the same respect in our work together.
