I did the reverse. After four years as a wellness coach—working with 150+ clients on stress management and body awareness—I made a surprising choice: I took a corporate job.
For seven years, I lived what my clients were experiencing. Marketing roles. Communications. Back-to-back meetings with no time to eat. The Sunday anxiety I used to help clients manage—now mine. The shoulder tension I taught about—now lodged in my own body.
